VTG NAVAJO TURQUOISE & STERLING SILVER LGE PENDANT BY NATIVE AMERICAN DANNY DALE. What a beautiful Pendant in. This is a Fantastic looking pendant that can be worn by either a man or a woman.

This is a large pendant view the measurements below, along with the pictures with coin for sizing. The shape is similar to a upside down triangle except the the point is cut off.

The pendant is stamped on the back Sterling Silver, along with the makers name. There is one Turquoise stone in the top of the design in a beautiful. The design on the pendant is that of a leaf with a flower at the top across from the stone. There is scroll work and silver beads all set in a lovely frame with details. The pendant is made Navajo artist Danny Dale, his name is stamped on the back.

He made jewelry in Native American designs using sterling silver, turquoise, coral and bearclaws. I did some researched on Danny Dale and couldn't find anything current about him. What I did find is that he created jewelry pieces between 1960's and the 1990's. The only other pieces of his jewelry that I could locate where a few rings, bracelet and necklaces. The pendant measure the following: across the top edge about 1 1/2" x 3/4". In length the with the bezel 2 1/2", with out the bezel 2". The bezel is 1/2" across the top x 1/2" across the bottom edge.
