This is fresh from an estate sale. Rare 1st Phase Navajo coin silver, rocker engraved ring set with a tiny turquoise nugget. This ring dates to sometime between 1890 - 1910. I did have this authenticated by Matt Wood's American Indian Art.
He did say it's most likely Navajo (possibly Plains Indians) and dates to around 1900. It also tested as solid. Approximately a Size 7, but being crudely handmade it's not a perfect 7. Weight is 7.74 Grams.
The front measures approximately 1/2" wide and tapers down to approximately 1/8" wide at the back where the band was joined together. All Photos Taken With Natural Daylight Bulbs. Please read the description, view the photos and ask any questions you may have, as all sales are final unless the item has been grossly misrepresented.
